Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

• All original packaging and tags must be intact.

• The item is not marked as final sale or custom-made.

To initiate a return, please email [email protected] with your order number, item name, and reason for return. If the return is due to a defect or incorrect item, please include clear photographs.

Return Process

Once we receive your request, we will provide detailed return instructions. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (wrong item or defect).

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Refund Timeline

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may vary.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Custom-made items, including pieces that are personalized or made-to-order

• Final sale items, clearly marked on product pages

• Opened hygiene-sensitive products, such as aroma diffusers or scent tablets

• Items returned without original packaging or in used condition

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped. Once the shipping process begins, cancellations are not possible. You may still request a return once the item arrives, following the guidelines above.

Exchanges

Due to our limited-production collections, we currently do not offer item-for-item exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order separately.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take quality control seriously. If your item arrives broken, flawed, or incorrect, contact us immediately. Include photos and a clear description of the issue. We will offer you a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.
